Loïs began as a classical musician and lead first violin from age 14, touring globally while experiencing intense perfectionism pressure. She later studied sociology and social psychology, then worked in the music industry with organisations including Ninja Tune, the V&A, and !K7 Music — witnessing creative brilliance alongside the hidden costs and unseen labour that shape artistic ecosystems.

Throughout her career, she cycled through physical burnout, chronic inflammation, and relational difficulties. Through extensive therapeutic work, she discovered somatic practices and began addressing complex trauma roots, eventually training formally in the field.

Her work now aims to restore resilience, nourish creativity, and make space for natural expression to emerge.
