ABOUT loïs

I come from classical music, leading orchestras from the age of 14 on global tours and dedicating most of my spare time to practice and mentorship. During that time I experienced intense pressure and the weight of perfection.

I went on to study sociology and social psychology before spending my twenties in the music industry, working with artists, institutions and cultural projects such as Ninja Tune, the V&A, !K7 Music and many others.

During that time I witnessed creative brilliance alongside the hidden costs and unseen labor that shape artistic ecosystems.

Across each phase of my evolution, I moved through cycles of physical burnout, chronic inflammation and relational turbulence. Working steadily over many years with extraordinary therapists and practitioners, I eventually found my way to somatic work and began healing the roots of complex trauma.

My recovery led me to train deeply in somatics, including Peter Levine’s Somatic Experiencing Institute, together with a wide range of adjacent modalities. The work I offer restores resilience, nourishes creativity and makes space for natural expression to emerge.
